[Travel-Post] The first experience. Vyborg, Helsinki.

It was the first time to hitchhike which is from St. Petersburg to Vyborg.

The Empty Highway.

But our destination is Helsinki, not Vyborg.

So we tried again in Vyborg.

The eyes that will catch a car.

Fortunately, We got a car in 2 hours.

That car wasn't going to Helsinki. But It was crossing the border.

After crossing the border, They were going another direction.

So We started to hitchhike again at the border.

It was easier than before. because the crossing the border was hardest one.

In 30mins we got a ride.

We took one more ride then we arrived Helsinki.

The last driver took us left us just front of the host's house.

We couldn't believe all of these things. 

Because It was the first time to hitchhike. 

There are so many people who want to help other people.

Our travel is operated by them.

I like to meet those of people.

D+1 In Helsinki.

We have met our Host.

He wanted to show us Helsinki.

So we went out.

He has shown us many places. 

The night view of Helsinki was so beautiful.

All of we was hungry.

So we looked for a restaurant.

He wants to introduce traditional Finland restaurant. 

But It was too expensive for us.

We just came from Russia.

OMG.

Every price has tripled.

We were scary to spend money.

So we asked him the cheapest restaurant.
He recommended us a good Chinese restaurant.
It quite suite our taste.

D+2 In Helsinki.

We woke up so late around 12'o clock.

Yesterday was pretty a hard day.

So It was almost dark after we made & ate breakfast.

Jin wanted to see the church in the rock. (It is called Temppeliaukion kirkko)

This church was literally dug out of solid rock.

We couldn't go inside of the church.

The time was too late.

But outside was also great.

Then we just walked around.

These days we don't go and see every tourist place.

We just like to walk.

Moomin is made in Finland.

We didn't know that.

And Jin loves Moomin so much.

Moomin's country.

Just walking around and saying 'Wow. It's beautiful.' was all we did.

D+3 In Helsinki.

We had pasta for the breakfast.

Then we made a sandwich for lunch pack.

Every price is so expensive. so we didn't want to spend money on eating out.

Good lunch pack.

What we did was same as yesterday.

We just walked and saw the Helsinki.

The harbor was good to walk.

It had been a long time to see the sun.

Pretty sunny day.

The sea is ready to freeze.

We wanted to go to the Suomenlinna.

It is the sea fortress in the Baltic.

It was included in UNESCO's World Heritage list in 1991.

We have got a ferry to Suomenlinna.

It cost 5 euros.

The ferry runs approximately every half hour or an hour and the trip takes about 15 mins.

We planned to be there for an hour.

But we spent almost 2 hours.

It was huge and great.

It's just 2o' clock.

We didn't have our lunch pack in Suomenlinna.

Because It was too cold to eat outside. and the time was short also.

So we had Lunch at the ferry by the sea.

We planned to cook the Korean food for host.

So we have been shopping and came back.

The night view we saw on the way to back.

D+4 In Helsinki.

It was the last day in Helsinki.

our next destination was Tampere.

So we went out from the host house.

The eyes that don't want to go.

Just before to come to Helsinki, We were very worried about couldn't cross the border.

Because we didn't know about the future.

It was the first time to cross the border and the hitchhike.

Just before to do something new, We fear and being afraid.

But If you do that, you will know It was not a big deal.

Everything was going very well.

And there were many people who helped us.

We are still traveling. :)
